The goal of this project was to improve user experience of the Internet Live Stream by keeping interactive functions such as donations, chat, social media and help functions in place while allowing the user to view the broadcast without any interruption. The prior solution took the user away from the page whenever any link was clicked. Another challenge was publishing consisted of a number of manual updates which allowed room for error.
This new design and development solution went through a number of design iterations and a designer was brought in to enhance the look. The main user enhancements are that the user can click the join button and walk through a series of interactive steps all while continuing the broadcast.
